My Life Charger...

When you can’t breath, Nothing else matter.

Sunday morning, I was shocked by a surprisingly bad news that my cousin “ah B” (same age with me) suddenly passed away after he drink more than his body could handle. We used to grow up together until I changed to another high school after form 3. The first thing in my mind is “Life is so vulnerable.” Or is it we have taken our youth and health for granted?

Later I found out that, ah B never have medical check up or blood test all these years, and he never took vegetables. After the death cause investigation, they found out that the blood stream was clog by cholesterol, and perhaps the heart failure is due to lack of blood flow or oxygen to the heart.

Although we are young, please don’t take our body for granted. Please protect our body and stop smoking and drink less. Cause, nothing else really matter when you stop breathing, and your heart stop working. We have to exercise more, and take care of our diet, as to identify which food is good for our body and which food is not. We have to somehow stop longing for the delicious taste, cause most delicious food is not healthy... ;)

  • wah.. how sad. Just coz he drank too much. What a waste. :( Yes, we have to take good care of our body and health. Drinking and smoking may seem cool, but it does have some pretty bad effects on our body when done excessively. So moderation is good... if not totally abstinance. :)

  • Sad news indeed. Just a grim reminder that we reap what we sow. Health should be the priority because without health, you can't enjoy the rest - love, time, wealth, and ironically, sinfully delicious food :p
