Energy In Motion -> Emotion

Recently, I'm listening to a recorded seminar called "The Enlightened Wealth." In this seminar series, the author T Harv Ecker shared a lot of the intra-personal relationship with wealth. Wealth the attention of the Capitalism society.

Among the very interesting idea the author shared, one of them is "Emotion." What a Big Word, it's usually more than 70% of our life surround with emotion. Harv explained that Emotion is actually energy in motion within us. However, most of us will keep this "Emotion" inside us, without expressing it out. And this will cause a big problem caused the energy lock within us will just keep finding a way out, and we might be fighting it to keep it inside. Until we really cannot fight it, then it exploded and we might do some stupid things and then wondering why we did what we do when our intelligence take control again. (High emotion, Low intelligence)

So, are your "Energy in Motion" stuck within you waiting to be unlocked? Perhaps it's time to learn to handle the emotion and express it in a appropriate way so that it won't become a timed-bomb. It's really a life long learning journey on this big subject.
