Developing Leader like mining Gold..

Today i read a story regarding Dale Carnegie. It's something like this...

One day, a journalist interview Dale Carnegie and ask him something like this, "How are you able to attract so many millionaires work under your organization?"

Carnegie answered, "They were not millionaire when they first join our organization, we develop their leadership skill and help them reach their potential; and, hence we help our organization to grow."

"How are you able to develop so many leaders under your organization?" asked the Journalist.

"Developing Leaders are like mining Gold... You go through a lot of dirt for an ounce of gold. We don't go into the gold mine and look for the dirt. The more gold we look for, the more gold we'll get. Developing Leaders is the same, the more leadership quality we look into our leader, the more leadership skill they will develop. We do not judge them according to the mistake they made. We encourage and support them to learn from the mistakes and grow up even stronger every time they fall.... "
